Our commitment is to
"whole-wellness".
We believe emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual wellness is key; we refer to it as the
8 Dimensions of Wellness.
We envision a future where residents are healthy and successful and where our communities are safe and vibrant.
Our Services
THE EIGHT services are integrated, creative efforts that put forth a cohesive, community effort.
All of our programs/aspects and activities are part of the whole –to fight poverty, health illiteracy, and offer building blocks toward self-sufficiency.
We believe that diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) are essential to our mission.
We are committed to creating a workplace and community where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected, regardless of their background
Our services are designed to meet the needs of a diverse population. We serve between 12,000 and 15,000 vulnerable men, women, and children annually.
Our service delivery model partners with host locations in Riverside and Los Angeles Counties to provide a variety of pop-up HIWAY stations and wellness workshops in low-income communities and areas where homeless individuals and families congregate.
We also provide community resources online and advocate for people who need additional social services. These services are rendered to vulnerable populations in the region via telephone and online teleconference.
We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to succeed. Our INOV8 and Wellness2Work programs are committed to helping people reach their full potential, regardless of their circumstances.

Our Mission
THE EIGHT, Inc., a community-driven, grassroots organization was founded in 2006 to address the health and wellness disparities among Riverside county’s most vulnerable populations--who often fall through the cracks of even traditional assistance programs.
We envision a future where residents are healthy and successful and where our communities are safe and vibrant. We strive to meet and exceed expectations by engaging people and communities in developing innovative solutions to challenges among our most at-risk populations.
THE EIGHT believes in a world in which ALL people are treated with respect and dignity, as well as valued and rewarded fairly for their skills, talents, and labor.
We also believe in the extraordinary power of the arts and technology as a unifying language of communication and a vehicle of integration for organic learning and creative entrepreneurship.
We partner with community stakeholders and virtual wellness enthusiasts in order to connect Life-changing Opportunities and People in Need.
